Founded in 2017 by David Reber, KSD’s mission is to provide the highest quality value engineering to our clients. In 2020, we expanded, hiring Patrick Barney, focusing further on miscellaneous metals, and expanding our services into providing steel detailing to provide you with turnkey project support. We are excited and ambitious, looking forward to many years of continuous improvement in our services.
David Reber
Licensed Professional Engineer with 10 years of experience designing safe and efficient structural systems. In 2017 David founded Kadent Structural Design, Inc, and has since provided structural design and support on hundreds of projects.
Patrick Barney
Experienced Engineer with a demonstrated history of managing teams of engineers in design and construction. Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, RISA 3d, project management, and ANSYS. Strong engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
